Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Saachi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of Saachi.

What Saachi Is

Saachi is a daily practice rooted in the Bhagavad Gita. It offers a curated verse, a personal reflection, and a prayer each day, along with virtue practices, contextual guidance, and a private journal. It uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate stories, lessons, reflections, and prayers based on what you share and how you feel.

Saachi is intended for general spiritual practice, learning, and personal reflection only.

What Saachi Is Not

Saachi is not a religious authority, a guru, a licensed mental health service, therapist, counselor, or medical provider. The content generated by Saachi:

• Is an interpretation offered for reflection, not authoritative religious doctrine or scholarly translation
• Does not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice
• Is not a substitute for professional mental health care
• Should not be used in place of emergency services
• Is generated by AI and may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, distressing thoughts, or are in danger, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. In the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line).

Eligibility

Saachi is intended for a general audience. Users under 18 should have parental awareness of their use of the app. By using Saachi, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction.

Price

Saachi is currently free to download and use. If we introduce paid features or a subscription in the future, we will update these terms and make the pricing clear before you are charged.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Saachi to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the app or its API
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or services
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the app on behalf of another person without their knowledge

Intellectual Property

The Saachi app, its design, branding, original written content, and underlying technology are the property of The Leo Apps. Source scriptures referenced within the app are part of the public domain or the broader tradition; our curation, framing, and original commentary are not. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Saachi without explicit written permission.

The AI-generated content you receive during sessions is provided for your personal use only. You may not republish or commercialize session outputs.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Saachi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Leo Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Saachi, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content.

Changes to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Saachi at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible. Continued use of Saachi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
